About Kathleen Lahey
Kathleen A. Lahey is Professor and Queen’s National Scholar, Faculty of Law, at Queen’s University, Canada, cross-appointed to the Graduate Program in Cultural Studies and to the Department of Gender Studies, and Co-director of Feminist Legal Studies Queen’s. She specializes in all areas of tax law and fiscal policy, including women and taxation, economic justice, and comparative taxation. She is the author of two recent Parkland Institute reports, Equal Worth: Designing Effective Pay Equity Laws for Alberta and The Alberta Disadvantage: Gender, Taxation, and Income Inequality.
